Good post Cathy...I hope you are feeling better after getting some of that out in the open.;)
Well you had a good vent...I don't blame you for being frustrated about memory issues. I even get panicky when I can't remember certain things! Not a true panic attack...but I get very aggitated and nervous until I can recall what I want/need to.
Some memory loss can be attributed to anxiety/stress, some to age...some to medications, ect. Forgetting things like passwords ect., is not considered a red flag however, so don't get worried about this. It is a nuisance though, so keep a notebook or bulletin board post where you can see all of your current needed information, in case your memory is misbehaving temporarily;p
The second concern, incontinence...let's see...are you female? Are you a mother? Are you over 40? Well congratulations...and welcome to the 'sneaky pee' club, Lol! I am not trying to make fun...just reassure you that this is really common. Do check in with your doctor to rule out any conditions that could be causing this...but I am pretty sure that your 'prescription' will involve doing kegel exercises!;p
Now on to the positives! I am SO proud of you for making the healthy changes that you have made! It is never too late to start healthy habits. Keep up the great work!
By getting the negative feelings out, seeing the positive in things, and keeping up on your healthy habits...you are doing all of the right things.;)
High fives!
