I'm sorry! Try to eat good, nutritious stuff when your tummy is up to eating.

Are you up to drinks? You might think about some meal replacement type drinks or nice, cold smoothies. Get a little nutrition where you can... getting all your nutrients and vitamins will help you feel a little better.

Then i will buy blue berries and lots of them. I usually love to eat black berries but now it will be blueberry! I do eat my vegetables and fruit each day.

can dry month also be associated with my not eating food because I'm just not hungry as I used to be. pepto can work on a empty stomach because even though my stomah is empty I just want to eat

I'm not sure if not eating is causing your dry mouth. It stands to reason, since eating stimulates saliva production. Dry mouth is also a symptom of anxiety and a side effect of many AD medicines.

There is mouthwash and toothpaste specifically designed for this, though. There are even hydrating mouth sprays. Check near the toothpaste or near the dental care products (like orajel) at your pharmacy or department store. They're VERY helpful. Chewing gum might also be helpful.
