Don't know what to do

Real anxious about this because Ive been calling around to see what I need to do,because I don't have funds for my pcp to see me right now. I so hate that everything is about money,and I need to see a doctor now I don't want to speak anything wrong. But I can tell something just aint right with my thyroid&I need to know what is going on,and was told I need to go through urgent care county hospital but a good one to handle problems but this is also hospital that I was at for 4days&calling me about a bill I want be paying. Because the doctor said that it was a free program,she lied she needs to pay I just want them to check the things I need check&tell me what meds I need to take.So I can be on my way but the chance of being there all day. Is from 10am now to close to 10 pm tonight I don't want to be looked at as a anxiety case,are be there all day&I know yall can't tell me what to do,but what would you do if you where in my shoes&everyday it feel like your energy is being sucked out of you&feel like someone is chokeing you 24/7& your throat feel like it's on fire. What should one do?

You do the best you can do. Somehow you will make it. Have faith and keep trying. I know that sucks for an answer but it is what you need to do. Trust me I know I tell it to myself all the time.

Thanks yall. Yes I take anxiety meds but Iam talking about my thyroid&the only way I can get it check is to go through county&I don't desire to because they might just look at me as a anxiety case&I don't care for that out of my thyroid med and need them.

Not covered under my mom,where did I say that at I have insurance through my job. And I have a pcp but I have a back pay bill&she want see me until all of it is paid,and I just don't have the funds for that right now the county hospital isn't a bad one when it come to taking care of ppl health. But the wait is just to long&it's free help. I thought about taking a vitamin from health food store but Ive never took one for thyroid&I don't know how I would react to it,but I know something needs to be done before weekend is up.

Ok. Iam just going to go through urgent care mon I did find out it's outside the hospital, and next to it so I want even have to go inside of the hospital....
