Just another attack

These sudden attacks are coming more often and lasting a lot longer.

I have about another month before I see my doctor again. My meds are just not helping me. All I get is the drowsiness. I can't even leave my house alone without having a severe attack. I've been trying my hardest to be on a liquid diet lately because I have a colonoscopy and endoscopy on Monday. But I've been struggling. I ended up having a serving of Mac n cheese for dinner. But about an hour ago I had 2 granola bars. Then hit with nausea. I took my medication, I expected it to pass but just kept getting worse.

It's getting so bad I really fear leaving my house. Lately I've been getting dizzy while I move, almost to the point of passing out. I get that and then I feel like I'm suffocating then nausea sets in which sets a new cycle of anxiety. I'm up to 3 Klonopin a day and its not helping. I've tried my dads Valium but they are like sugar pills to me. He takes one and calms down. I can't get any relief.

This just sucks...

Looks like a long night with Jesus in my hand. I have a rosary they gave me at my grandpas funeral, I hold it and pray. I hold onto it until I fall asleep I guess. It's really cheap and cheesy looking. But it's been with me geeze almost 20 yrs now.

I'm really struggling.

Mommie, I'm sorry to here about this problem, had not heard from you and hoped you were doing better. See if you can take some
Benadryl at bed time, I have been using it to break stress and get
some rest. Prayers

Thanks everyone. You guys are great. I have been through therapy and it didnt help. I usually read, needle work, draw or watch a movie. But that one wasn't letting up. As the hours passed the worse it got. At least until I fell asleep. And it's harder when they hit late at night because there's no one to call so I feel even more trapped and scared.

I just hate those attacks. Usually they last about 10-15 minutes and I do deep breathing and kinda talk myself out of it. I could this time. And it was over nothing. I was just laying in bed watching a movie. Usually there's at least a trigger.

Mommie, next time try the benedryl instead of something like valium
the stuff really works I use it every night, for over 40 years I only
slept 5-6 hours at the most, I take two generac at 10pm and sleep
until about 7am no hangover! Peace "I do the Rosary on my fingers".

Yeah. Got hit with 2 today. But it's from thinking about my prep I gotta do tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to it. I do get them for no reason. But typically there's something that caused it.

How many mg of Benadryl do you take?
