Well I went to the neurologist today for the results on my brain MRI everything was a O.K with that but he us having me go back tomorrow for a nerve test thing and I'm a Lil nervous I've never had one! Also I don't know if its just anxiety or if its cuz I've had a headache for three days but my forehead is feeling tight whenever I stand up or lift my eye brows :-\

I get the same headache all the time. Actually I have it tonight. My DR told me it was from tension. Which is caused by worrying about
my anxiety. They are not fun.

I hope all your tests turn out fine. I think it's harder to worry about
a diagnosed condition. I'll pray it's just anxiety going on with you.

Kort,
Great news on your MRI results! Your nerve test will be the same...they are just being thorough, and I am sure that your results will be good as well with this examination.
Tension headaches are common. I hold my tension in my neck and shoulders. My neck has been 'misbehaving' lately!;p
Stretching and progressive muscle relaxation exercises (Resource Guide!) are great for relieving this issue.
Let us know how it goes.:)

Kortnie all they are doing is eliminating things so you can focus on
the PAD and get rid of it, the uncertainty is probably causing your
tension head aches. Let yourself think of something calm and just
float away with it. Peace

I know it! I know it takes time! It's just difficult doing it without medicine but I chose not to take it just to do the therapy and I'm trying to stay strong on my word

Kortnie, my 22 year old Grandson is dealing with sever anxiety he is taking a handful of meds,
he is not getting any better, at todays session I was told to hospitalize him, I can't do that,
I can't even think of it.
Your way is the best, cbt seems to be a world wide choice, I Pray for You, it makes me want to d-e to even
think of the hell he is going through, and wouldn't you just know, he doesn't respond to me at all and I have
had him since the day he was born, I feel dirty and useless as a man or a human.

Thank you for your help I apperciate it! That's kinda cool I'm 21 and I've been raised by my grandparents too sense I was born! :)

Prayers for your family Larry!
You are far from useless...but it is true that those that are closest to us are often the ones that can't be reached at times.
Get a second opinion if you can and try to get him into some intensive out patient care if it is an option.
Hugs,
S.C.
