well i did it

Yup I did. I just got Off the phone with a impatient behavioral health center. It felt kinda good. Like I was taking a Step in the right direction. Going to have a evaluation next week. Its a unlocked door policy there. I can leave when ever I want. Get a lot of counciling and they can check medication stuff.

Anyone ever been down this road and had good experiances?

You took the first step all on your own and I do hope you are very proud of yourself.  Sometimes it takes being right on the edge of falling into the abyss to make us reach out and help ourselves.

I have been in your shoes and I know how hard I fought accepting that I needed help but once I made the decision it was not near as bad as I had anticipated.
