Anxiety can cause dizziness unfortunately I have occasional dizzy spells. In fact if you didn't read my other post I woke up from a nap completely dizzy and dazed and anxious. So that's a normal anxiety symptom. Headaches can go along with it as well. Ear clogged not sure do you have an ear infection? Probably nothing. Have you gotten back on a regular eating cycle?

I had that and my Dr said I have eustation tube dysfunction and I got flonase. I was told clariton helps if it's from allergies. I was dizzy from plugged ears and the flonase finally worked, after 2 weeks. I get dizzy, nauseas...from allergies and colds. I thought it was anxiety but I think sometimes were really sick! In my case I was anxious and sick too...yay.

made my ear clear up and stopped the dizzyness, it's worth a try. Peace

That's what I'll probably do just go to Walmart so that way I'm only taking 25mg instead of 50mg

Could definitely be allergies, mine have been horrible. I take Zyrtec, it makes me a little tired, though.
