Yes, I think that we can all relate to this one...at least on some level, at one time or another.
Like you mentioned it could be realted to fatigue, or part of the D/P D/R symptom, or just from the constant stain on the mind/body in dealing with the anxiety on a daily basis.
Rest, good nutrtion, and daily coping mechanisms such as the breathing and relaxation/meditation exercises, like the ones found in our Resources here (main page 1st post) should help.
