Hi Vivianna and welcome back,
Although I am sorry to hear that you are feeling a return of anxiety.
My most helpful tools for warding off an attack are breathing exercises and positive mantras.
I will reapeat a comforting and reassuring phrase to myself over and over while breating deep and slow. The phrase might be:
"I am okay, this is just anxiety making me feel this way, and it can't hurt me."
I hope that you were able to get into a calmer state, and were able to get some rest, and backt to feeling good again!
