xanax

anyone ever heard of xananx giving u a panic attack?

I have been taking xanax for well over 2 years, twice a day, and I have never had a problem with it. If anything, it would make you sleepy and relaxed.

I took half of a .25 Xanax a couple of years ago and it freaked me out.

I could think clearly, but couldn't keep my head up or my eyes open.

Never again have I touched it...lol.

Benzodiazepines are designed to quickly shut down an attack by increasing the effectiveness of the neurostranmitter Gaba in our system.

It is therefore unlikely that it would cause an attack...but if this has been your experience, then I would consult your doctor, as you may be having a bad reaction to this med.
