Chest pain tingling sensation help

Since I was 16 I developed chest pain from these herbal pills, Viagra and vimovo I was using.
From 16-18 I had ECG,Chest X-ray, Holter monitor stress test echocardiogram. My symptoms are chest pain radiation to the back on left side heart pounding with and physical activity and now heart flutters. I have developed new symptoms since turning 18 and they are twinges of pain in the frontal part of my neck on left right side and into my collarbone and shoulders. it worsens with physical activity. I also am constanty dizzy all the time and I now have lots of headaches. Also if I put pressure on my limbs they get all pins and needles extremely quick but if I take pressure of them there gone. When I go in a hot bath or shower or out into the summer sun I feel the pins and needles on the skin of my arms. I have also had mri and ct scan on brain. blood work came back fine too. these unexplained pains are making me sad and I don't know what to do anymore and none of these tests are showing anything

How are your self-help skills going? Are you practicing any breathing or progressive muscle relaxation?

If and when you can do them regularly, do you note any relief at all?

This would be my encouragement for you. If you don't care for the ones in our Resources, or just want some new ones, you can find lots on youtube. Do them 3x a day for at least 10 min a session.

When I put my forearm out in the hot sun or a hot shower. There is a pin and needles sensation all over my skin. It lessons when I am in a cool area or a cool shower. This is MS..is it not.. I am constantly dizzy and have twinges of pain in the frontal area of my neck, shoulders etc etc. I have to wait forever for specialists and no doctor takes me seriously or cares.
