Headache

So today is just kind of a sucky day because I have had a headache and I can feel it in my temples and my neck and what not a little stuff on the left side of my neck. But I hate headaches. I don't get them as often as the next guy but when I do they feel awful. Anyone else felt like this? I don't think I should be too concerned with the stiffness right? I just feel the pain and tension in my temples and back of my neck and ug dont like it at all.

It actually has gone down a bit when I started to talk to my friend actually. I have had the headache and stuff neck thing before and has gone away.
