Shadawn, I'm sorry I wasn't on yesterday to see your post, but I can tell you that it is 100% normal to have palpitations during an anxiety or panic attack. If you are referring to "that time of the month", the answer to that is also yes, it is normal.
I have had MANY panic attacks that started out as palpitations, and then it feels like your chest and your back are burning hot, like a volcano's about to erupt from the top of your head! I have learned to keep myself calm during bouts of palpitations.
My cardiologist said that I have Sinus Tachycardia, and that it's a direct result of having issues with anxiety and panic disorders, and it's totally benign.
Don't worry yourself too much about it, or your going to cause yourself a big circle of panic. It'll settle if you just do some deep breathing. That usually works for me anyway.
