Well so I thought I was having a good day! cry woke up this morning took my beta blocker for some reason I feel like crap the first half hour after taking it well started feeling good no symptoms took a shower went to my uncles to visit with my cousins because they are moving 45 mins away walked back which it is half mile maybe a Lil less still felt good my mom bought me a piece of pizza from the store now after eating it I'm getting symptoms grr mad so my good day is turning out to be a bad one

It hasn't totally turned yet! Take control of it now. Maybe the pizza shortly after a brisk walk unsettled your body a bit.

Dig out those coping mechanisms, girl. You're in charge here - and we know you can do it!

Kortnie, don't get down too quick, you ate a high carbohydrate
meal and the sugar drop could be making you feel a little off,
what ever you do don't assume the day is lost. Peace

Thank you BeRock and Larry! It also could be im not used to the grease anymore I've lived on chips and popsicles the lay two months ): also for the last three days about 8 every night I get extremely tired where its hard to keep my eyes open this crap sucks! But I can say I enjoyed the first part of the day it was almost like I didn't have anxiety anymore I loved it now this I wanna scream

Yeah, greasy food can do that - it can almost mimick anxiety, which of course, triggers anxiety. Greasy food causes that weak stomach and slight heart racing feeling for me.

Have you had your evening bath yet or do you bathe in morning? Maybe a nice bubble bath with some scented candles or such could help you rescue your evening! :)

Just be sure of one thing Kortnie there will be many, many more good days, weeks, and years ahead, You have already come a long way from that scared little girl I first saw on this forum.

BeRock I did what you said I took a bubble bath and it helped a little thank you!

Larry I know there will be many more good days well I.hope anyways I enjoyed the first part of it :-) I have come a ways thank you
