Kortnie it's been a long time since you have had any real exercise don't keep looking for something to be wrong, you are still in denial about
having PAD, and this denial will hold you back, accept that every feeling you have is PAD and just deal with that.
It will be enough for now, concentrate on the therapy sessions and every time you catch your self wondering what is this, make yourself say its PAD and nothing is wrong with my body , i have
a condition that causes anxiety and panic but i will kick it to the curb of life. Peace

Sorry I started to explain that you haven't been doing any aerobics and it can have some effect on the smaller veins in your fingers, you will make a comeback and get your boogie back! Love
