Hey did ya miss me this week?  Please say ya did as I missed you but chemo is part of my life now. yeah

Things went well, however, my lab test - the tumor marker test - climbed up which has me worried.  CT Scan scheduled for August 21st.

I cannot believe tomorrow I will be a 1 year survivor and I hope to see a lot more years.  I would like them to be chemo free but I have been advised that is not likely to happen.

So off to work I go to talk with as many members as I can today.

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. My dad has his 5th chemo treatment on Monday. This week he had the follow up Pet Scan and Cat Scan. He had a reaction to the stuff they put in the IV for the Cat scan and he said it really scared him. He pushed the button for help and everyone came running. He never says things scare him so for him to admit this we knew he was serious. Then he had a tooth fixed about a month ago and it started hurting so they were out of town and had to have it pulled today. He has had a rough week. It will get better. Praise the Lord he has had no problems with the Chemo except increased tiredness and we are very thankful for that.
