Sorry I haven't been on in a few days, just a peek here and there actually, but haven't been able to be of help to anyone.
The last week has been very overwhelming for me. I don't even know where to start.... This is going to be kind of long, so please bear with me.
Sunday: Stayed at my mothers house for 3 days because I had to take my car to be repaired and it was a 2-3 day job. Dropped it off to a mechanic friend of my brother's Sunday night who specializes in frame work. Had a hole in the frame of my Jeep which cost me $600 to fix!
That night, my niece, who was supposed to be getting married on the 24th of this month, decided to tell me that she isn't ready! So we had a big ordeal with my mother, her mother (my sister), and her fiance about
that, and I told her that if she is not absolutely sure, then DON'T do it!
Monday: Hectic as all get out! I honestly do not know how my mother deals with my one niece coming to her house first thing in the morning and staying all day, with not only her son, but my other niece's (the one that was supposed to be getting married) 2 kids.
Tuesday: My birthday. I thought it was going to be nice to spend the day with my mom. Well what do you know..... here comes my niece AGAIN with ALL the kids, and then her husband comes. THEN my other niece and her fiance (you know, the one that is SUPPOSED to be getting married) come, along with her friend and HER 2 kids. So we have 5 kids running rampant through my mom's house, and NO ONE was watching them!!! I decided that night that I was going to leave, so I had my son drive all the way down to get me and bring me home. TOO MUCH!!!
Wednesday: I'm home now, thinking that I'm going to relax after the stressful few days I had at my mothers, when I get a phone call from my other son telling me that my best friend's husband was sent to jail! Something about
stealing 1.2 MILLION dollars worth of tractor trailers! So I had to call her and she was a mess. She had NO clue what he was doing, as he used the excuse that he was going to work! She didn't doubt it because he worked crazy hours and got called to come in all the time. So she was packing up her entire house while I was talking to her.
Thursday: My son calls me again to tell me that another close friend of mine's son passed away, on Wednesday, of a drug overdose! He was only 22 years old!
Well she lives in Florida and got the call from her mother. I talked to her Thursday night, and she said she was coming up Friday, and would be at the airport around noon, so I told her I'd come to her mother's to see her.
Friday: I drive down to where I used to live, stopped at the first friends house (the one who's husband went to jail) and we called the other friend from her house. Well good thing I didn't go to her mother's house first because she wasn't there. Her and her mom had gotten into an argument as soon as she got in the car at the airport, so she was dropped off at ANOTHER friends house. So at least I got to see my "bestie" and make her laugh a little, and before driving all the way home, I stopped in to see my mom. My nephew was there with his girlfriend, and my sister stopped in with her fiance, so that was nice.
Saturday: The day started off pretty good. Went to Tractor Supply and got chicken feed and dog food, stopped at the grocery store and picked some stuff up, and no sooner than I got home and pulled in my driveway, my car overheated and blew the radiator hose!!!
Now, I just spent $400 for my brother to fix my car. The water pump and belt, AND the power steering pump, both took a crap. THAT'S when he found the hole in my frame. Now he's a mechanic, but doesn't mess with welding frames and stuff, so he had a friend of the family do it, and there was another $600. So NOW, my radiator hose needs to be replaced.
I am SUPER stressed about
all this stuff, but I'm trying to keep it together for my friends, who really need me right now, and for my family of course.
So with that being said, I'm sorry if I haven't been able to be of help to anyone. I just have A LOT on my plate right now.
