Why I was feeling fine for the last couple of days just a headache for the last four days now all of a sudden I'm back to feeling like crap right hand turning white feel dizzy nauseated stomach feels bloated my jaw feels like its gonna lock heart is beating a Lil hard chest pain vision is weird feels like its hard to breath why? Why do I have to feel like this again I wanted to go to the fair but not going feeling like this cry

Sorry I know your pain&with anxiety there are good days then bad days to worse days,thats just evil anxiety&how it does&woman time it in up much worse like me to day. Can't stop moving&find myself biteing my jaw alot today&I just wish you well,we must keep fighting and overcome and do our best to make it through.

kortnie, you must keep in mind, that one day of feeling bad, does not mean it will stay. Remember this when you start to feel bad. Try to think about what may have triggered this and you may be surprised to find a pattern. I'm not sure if you have read alot of books, but I am reading (again) from panic to power, by Lucinda Bassett. She is a former long time anxiety sufferer and has so much knowledge and insight to this disorder. We are not a minority. Believe me!! I sincerely hope that you will feel better soon!!!!

Sometimes a nice walk kind of helps clear my mind. And you can use a little exercise my dear because you've been on a couch for awhile now and you got to get that blood flowing instead of ruminating. Some exercise does you good. Don't worry about a thing because every little thing is gonna be alright!

Soul I've been biting my jaw alot today too it hurts now :-\ did you get my email?

Coopsmom did you have to order the book or is it in the librarys?

Jocipher I've been up and moving sense Thursday I was just relaxing when I felt like that I feel a Lil better now

I did get the book at the book store, but I'm sure you can order it or maybe your local library has it too? Definitely worth the read!!
