Has anyone ever been in the middle of a major attack, and I mean heart beating so hard you can't breathe at all and your just waiting to pass out so you can breathe again and then it seems like your lips turn white??

I personally have not because I try to control my panic. But I supposed that's all just apart of the panic attack process some are worse than other so it causes those kind of feelings your probably just hyperventilating big time because your heart can't stop you from breathing. But I'm not a very logical source in this particular scenario but that's what I think

When having a panic attack the body starts shutting down places that may bleed if we receive an
injury, thats why many people have cold hands when nervous, nothing abnormal is going on. Peace

Thanks once again Larry. My lips were almost transparent and scared me to death.
