.....I'm tired

Seems as though days r not gettin easier..I'm fightin and tryna remain positive but I can't shake da feelin dat sumthin is wrong wit my heart to da point I fear havin a heart attack. Truth b told I haven't had a panic attack since da first one.nyet I experience symptoms every single day. I'm to da point where if I am in danger of havin a heart attack I wish da crap would jst happen already. Dis feels like torture. I'm tired of da thoughts "dis it it" crossin my mind. I'm tired of fearin goin to sleep at nite wit da thought of possibly dyin on my brain..I tired of da symptoms dat mimic more serious conditions..and I'm tired of postin da same sad song on here every otha day. I jst want my life back . No one deserves to live like this!!!

I have these thoughts too and it sucks . Mine have gotten to the point that I though because I had a lymph node I had cancer. Anxiety has taken over my life . I don't wanna go on medicine but I feel like It would outweigh the risk. I'm young and will end up dying from my anxiety and high blood pressure if I don't change it . Good luck to you

Thanks larry..yes I am almost obssessed wit death...I think abt it everyday but for sum reason I can't escape da fear of death..its crazy...I'd like to believe dat I'm goin thru dis and experiencin these symptoms becuz otha than bein shot I fear heart attacks da most...idk..I need to def talk to a professional asap lol

Smu-I totally can relate. .cancer has ran across my mind a couple times. Along wit brain tumors..heart attacks..diabetes etc etc...anxiety is def da devil..I hate it. It is da bane of my existence and I wish nuthin but death upon it. Lol dead serious tho
