We are listening...and I think that we have all been there!
This phase will pass...especially if you use your coping skills to get you through.
Maybe there is also something that you can do to kickstart your morning a little and help you to feel better.
Putting on some motivating music in the morning and singing/dancing while you get ready for work? Sound ridiculous I know...but sometimes breaking out of the routine and letting loose is what we need.
Maybe findig some other special activity or 'morning ritual' would help get you through your toughest time of the day....like drinking your favorite gourmet coffee or tea in a quiet place, while reading...even if you have to get up a bit early to do so.
Sorry...I ended up giving advice anyway, though you said that you didn't want any!;/
So I will just end by saying that I have felt this way for some periods in my life...but it always got better!
