Heart feels like its backing up?!!!

I am so scared right now. If you have not to know me, I am 19 and have anxiety, LOL. PCOS, panic disorder, and hypochondria.

I really am freaked out currently. I googled something, which I totally should not have. I get this feeling sometimes and sometimes it is when I lay down, and it feels like a huge thump in my throat and chest almost, like my heart stops and starts back up with these huge contractions. Does that mean I have a blockage!!! I feel like now I am going to have a heart attack, or have super high blood pressure and I am finished LOL. I know it sounds crazy but I have so many fears of the heart and this feels so strange. Could it have to do with GERD or anything like that, or is it the heart trying to pump blood cause its blocked or something?!!! I had a super huge supper so I am just going nuts!

My legs I feel are swollen, and they have these shooting pains. Ugh. Not a good night at all! Hope all is well with everyone and thank you for the support!

FL that is not your heart, its probably something bothering your stomach, please do not be afraid, if you
had a blockage at your age it would be a medical record, but pay attention, When you have a blockage
the pain is so bad you have to have a narcotic of some kind to block the pain. Did you understand?????

My first panic attack was caused by a overly large meal and when I got in to ER they gave me something green that tasted like crap I belched and instantly was better. Look in your medicine cabinet for some anti gas pills, simethicone is the ingredient you need. Now ease up with the fear and replace it with some repeatable Prayer, Ok? Peace

What your describing sounds like a palpitation. If you had blockage then things would be much worse trust me your not gonna have a heart attack and you will be fine. Nothing is wrong with palpitations everyone gets them:)

Thank you's for making me feel better!

It feels almost like this huge pulsing burp and like its backed up and wants to explode for about 4 pulses then goes away. I had swollen legs and leg pain, and all this stuff so I thought uh oh haha!
I hate when I get anxious over health thingys. I guess cause pcos can cause higher risk of heart disease I think of course I will get it. I just need to relax and not worry so much!
