Well as the title says today was my first day of senior year and it was just alright i like my classes and all but my anxiety was all over the place breathing troubles with irregular breaths short of breath shaking at one point and I noticed when I walk up the stairs my breathing gets irregular either because of my anxiety or my heart is beating in off beats but I'm not sure exactly and a little concerned. So hopefully things will get better.

Joc,
You got through it without any major anxiety though, and that is what counts. Each day will get a little easier.
You know I still have anxiety dreams about
high shcool/college? It is always the same...I have lost my schedule, don't know what order or where my classes are...and then realize that it isn't the first day at all...it is halfway through the semester and I have missed all of my classes and am surely failing! It just goes to show that this part of my life had an impact on me if I am still dreaming about
it 20 years later!
Here is an actual true story for you. I had a friend who had to change schools half way through the year and was beyond nervous about
it. She ended up feeling sick and faint in her homeroom, but was too afraid to excuse herself on the first day for the rest room. She ended up passed out in her own vom, face down on her desk!
This is a stressful time in anyone's life. You will get through it though...and none of the above things have or are going to happen to you, so you are WAY ahead of the game!!:)
Keep triumphing over your fears...you are going to have a great senior year!

Thank you SC! I want to do what ever I can to make this year a great year and I mean it 100% I told my mom that I want to make this year a great year and if I'm trying but still struggling I will want to go to my doctor to discuss my problems if needed even though it may not be entirely necessary. But I am alot stronger now than before even when I got the testing done so even if let's say i go and get tested again and am still fine I know how to use that to my advantage. This year I really want to grab anxiety by the neck and throw it to the ground. I don't want to keep going to the nurses office! I want to go and live out my senior year and make it the best year ever! I dont want to go out with a wimper.... I want to go out with a BANG!!!!!!!! Sorry got a little worked up there but it wasn't anger:)
