I am very sorry to hear of your mom's passing, and the resulting anxiety that it has caused you. Death, trauma and illness are all common triggers to anxiety, and in a situation such as losing your mom...you experienced them all.:(
Have you tried any self-help techniques? These can be especially helpful when having the physical symptoms that you mention in your post.

These breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises are really effective, and can be done at anytime, anywhere.
Give these a try and see how you feel. It may take some time and practice, but it should help.
