Checking In

Hello HW family!

Just checking in and wanting to let everyone know that I've been doing pretty well :) I feel as if I always have a low roar feeling of anxiety, yet with CBT therapy and lots of self help I've learned to recognize it as anxiety & can keep myself from a full blown attack. I can now recognize when it's time to take a step back & take care of myself because my body gives me signs via anxiety that its time to relax my mind.

Hard work & being persistent you can overcome overwhelming anxiety and/or learn to recognize it and is symptoms where it doesn't bother you nearly as much! God bless & hope everyone is well.

High fives! So happy for you~ I too feel better and pretty much normal again! A little here and there but like you I know how to cap it pretty quickly. So so happy that you are in a great place too!
