I've gotta get better at distinguishing between pain from a physical source and pain from anxiety.

Probably part of my breakdown yesterday is that I'm sick again.

Been trying to clean house for company tonight (local SEC season kicks off tonight! Woot!) and just can't get anything done. I don't know about others, but when the depression is bad for me - so is my house. (When it's only anxiety/panic, my house *sPaRkLeS*, haha)

I realized I was sweating/shaking way too much for panic and took my temperature - a little over 100 (I rested first, we keep our house about 65). Boo to that. I guess my back pain/headaches must be from something....

So, guess my "check in" appointment at the dr tomorrow just got a little more thorough (and expensive).

I am so sorry! I hope that you cancelled with your guests, stopped cleaning and are now in bed!

Good thing that you are going to the doctor's tomorrw anyway.

I canceled with everyone but my brother and his wife. I've struggled with depression on and off my whole life, so my brother wasn't at all shocked by the house. His wife is a home health nurse, so she's seen it all. lol I just called and told his wife what was up and she said, "I got it, baby girl."

She brought the snacks and everything.

I'm blessed with some of the greatest loved ones. :)

I just chilled on the couch with my one of my puppies and a blanket while they cheered and carried on. I think they all had a good time, and I think it was a needed break for my husband from all of my pouting. lol

The bathroom was the only room I was physically able to do the way I want it done ~ three hours and four cans of foaming disinfectant cleaner later, I'm pretty confident you could do surgery in there! lol!

I have to say your post motivated me to clean the fridge and oven. I had been thinking about it for a while, and finally did it. I am more depressed than anxious, usually, so these things often get put off.

Though, I do find it easier to clean the kitchen than get out there and apply!

You still rock even from the couch.  I have learned how to be the "sick" hostess and let the company take over.  I have a great sister-in-law too who comes over when I ask during my down times and she just keeps me company.

She donated one Saturday to helping me clean and what a sweet thing that was.  Only thing wrong ~ I could not find my vacuum cleaner but dang it my hubby did.  smhair
