You can find that you are suffering from any number of dreaded diseases from WebMD or google search;p...so better to put your energy and efforts toward doing coping skills to bring your anxiety levels down.
If you haven't already...look into our Resources and give some of the breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises a try for a week and see how you feel.
