I am sorry to hear of the troubling issues that you are dealing with. It is not fun to deal with anxiety attacks and symptoms, I know.
What have you done if anything to try and get relief? Have you seen your doctor and discussed treatment options?
Most people find that therapy, medication or a combination of both help them to manage their anxiety nicely.

Try the breathing/relaxation and meditation links, read the articles, check out the book recommendations, and see if anything looks helpful for you. The breathing and relaxation exercises are especially helpful in terms of reducing panic issues, if practiced daily.;)
