I agree with Soul that anxiety itself can rob us of our energy. It takes a lot out of us to maintain day to day...and even more if you are dealing with panic issues currently.
There are also other things to consider though. Medications, nutrition, hormones, dehydration, possible anemia and breathing issues can also be at the root of the problem.
Try drinking more water, eating a healthy balanced diet (if you are not doing so already) and commiting time everyday to doing your breathing exercises.
Also, if you think this could be an Rx issue, or hormomal, or if you haven't had a blood test recently (ruling our anemia) then I would make an appointment with your doctor to discuss these things.
