my first post part 2

i thought i was having a heart attack, it was a rush of this overwhelming energy mixed with fear. i was hyperventilating, i couldn't catch my breath. my mind was beginning to make me think all these crazy things like i'm going to faint, and i kept feeling like i was losing control of my body, like a possession.

being Christians my friend and her sister began to pray for me and I as well. i was trying to calm myself down and tried to catch my breath. i kept praying,not over thinking, i kept saying that 'this is a panic attack, not a heart attack" and eventually with Gods grace i fell asleep.

the next day i wasn't panicking anymore, i remember i kept saying " was that a panic attack, i can't believe i had a panic attack." i kept replaying it in my mind and we all kept talking about it. although i wasn't panicking anymore there was a lingering of anxiety left in my body that i couldn't shake out. and i think this started the beginning of my panic/anxiety attacks.

so getting on with my day, since me and my friend sort of made up, we had already made plans with another friend of ours to go have dinner. so we all got ready to make our way to commute to her house which is about under 1hour away from the dorms.

im still feeling that lingering feeling of anxiety or anxiousness in me while getting on the bus, my mind wouldn't stop thinking about it. i was trying to fight it, but my mind kept thinking about what happened yesterday. i started to get scared for no reason, my friend would be talking to me but i just wasn't focussing, i was listening to my body. i had a bottle of water with me, so i tried to hold back the feelings by taking sips of the water. i can feel myself being awkward, i was just nodding during the conversations not fully giving my attention. although i wanted to, what i was feeling inside didn't let me have that opportunity. the feelings were coming back again.

i began feeling different, my eyes were getting blurred, my hands were numb and shaking. my friend would talk to me but i couldn't focus. She kept asking if i was okay, i kept saying yes, but i needed to get out of the bus. Eventually, i told my friend i think i don't feel well, i want to go home... but she insisted i go to the hospital. so we got out and we went straight to the hospital.

It is ok to write "to be continued but make sure to continue where you left off in your original thread after the last post.

If you read through other threads you see people continue talking with the other members in the same thread they first started.
