Getting caught up in stinking thinking is so very easy to do as once our mind jumps on the merry-go-round the faster we go with our wild thoughts. We become frightened and our anxiety sky-rockets when all we want is to feel peace.
We become frustrated as the tears begin to fall while we assume everyone else in the world is feeling good and here we sit with our worries.
I "start my day over after a good cry by washing my face and using everybit of will power" to get back on steady ground. Don't get caught up in the "what if?" thinking as it will make you feel like you are truly lost.
Get up and do something...............clean, dance, sing at the top of your voice......or maybe sit quietly in silence and meditate.
