Hey kortnie,Sorry to read you are not feeling well. I would guess that you received instructions re making sure you stay hydrated and how to choose the right foods to eat while feeling nauseated.
Smaller portions of foods that are low in fat seem to work best. These foods are easier to digest and move through the stomach faster. If you are eating smaller portions of low-fat foods, be sure to eat more often to meet your calorie and protein needs.
Clear, cool beverages are recommended. When drinking with a straw, sip slowly to avoid swallowing air that can cause gas.
Eat meals slowly and frequently - do not force foods if you are feeling extremely nauseated.
Let your body rest as that is often the best thing when a "bug" of some type gets into your system.
