Since you're thin, you've probably not given much thought to diet pills (or maybe you have). However, most diet pills make you lose weight by speeding up your system - just like anxiety does. I think changes in weight are pretty common with anxiety - whether by loss or gain.
However, it does sound like you're at a weight where this definitely needs to be managed.
I also encourage you to see your doctor about this.
Some thoughts to consider/questions you might ask your doctor:
Is there anything further you can do to manage your anxiety? Are you on medications? In therapy?
Are there dietary changes you could actively make to help put your weight back on? Replacing milk with vanilla protein shakes in meals? Eating more carbs? Protein?
Is there anything you can do to stimulate your appetite?
Do your exercise routines need to be modified? Are you getting more exercise than is healthy/needed?
Are you more inclined to have something to drink than eat? If so, should you try Ensure, Muscle Milk, Carnation Instant Breakfast, or something similar?
Hope you find answers soon!
Hugs!
