  I am currently on Zoloft 100mg and clonazepam .5mgs BID

coming to the conclusion its time to wean off Zoloft...has pooped out on me completely, thus the clonazepam  smhair

How long have you been on the Zoloft? Do you or your doctor not want to increase the dose?

been on and off over 12 years....last of those I was on it straight for 6 years.

I have increased it all the way to 200mgs a year ago and it still wasn't working as well as it had in the past.

then I weaned off of it completely and tried two other SSRI's which gave me horrible s/e

after a couple months Dr, decided to try Zoloft once more. we started at 25 mg. and have increased very slowly to 100mgs

I always took only 50mgs

She would like to keep increasing me but I am fed up and I get hand tremors bad now, believe its sue to the Zoloft and/or fibromyalgia

So that's where I'm at

Okay, you answered my question...I was wondering why you were only at half of the maximum dose, and thinking it had become ineffective. However, since you were previously at maximum, you are right in assuming that this is most likely not going to be successful the second go-around.:(

Do you see a GP for your Rx? If so, I am wondering if you could get a pshychiatrist consult? You may find that you get better input/suggestions for what could work for you from a specialist in this area.

Zoloft 100mg, no help what so ever. Clonazepam barely helps. Was on Celexa fo 8 amazing years, and it helped tremendously!!

S.C. I go and see a Psych nurse practitioner there is a psychiatrist in this practice, saw him once. But she consults with him about everything

Coopsmom, I posted on your last thread.

Can you tell me a little more about yourself, age, how long you have suffered, what is your dx etc....

oh how much clonazepam are you taking?
