Weird Sensation in Head

Hello All,

OK, here is a new one for me, of course I am obsessing about it as usual

I was sitting here watching my dogs eat and I got this weird fluttering feeling on the right side of my upper chest, feels like a butterfly is flitting around, panic!!! Then I start getting this weird sensation on the top of my head, almost like I have had a hat on for hours and take it off, that kind of feeling. Has anyone ever had these?

Yes, these sound pretty familiar.

Take a look and while you are there, if you haven't already...check out the great stress relief exercises that are in there as well.

Doing these everyday will help to lower your overall anxiety and symptoms!
