strange symptoms!

** Ears hurts once a while

** major headache no-stop back of head mostly on right

** when clearing throat, it hurts

** Difficult breathing

** mouth numb/tingling

** tired

** My voice is not normal

** always feeling cold

** I feel dizzy/blanking out.

** back and sometime stomach pain.

 Is this normal ?

so scared & working now

HELP

Hi Jay,

If you have had a check up with your health care provider within the last six months to a year, and do not have any underlying health conditions, then you can probably be cofident that this is your anxiety manifesting itself in physical symptoms/

Thank you Scaredy Cat.

Symptoms are crazy what I am feeling now it's a bit different, all night I been shaking, and really cold & during work now I feel my mouth a bit hot and like there are trapped or block, I feel super tired and feel like I might stop breathing soon! I'm coughing a lot non-stop. I'm worried:(

Have you talked to your Dr. about your sx or had a medical screening exam lately?  Your sx sound like anxiety but if your life is being disrupted this much, checking with your Dr. can do no harm.

Jay,

The coughing sounds like you may have a virus, or something other than just anxiety going on. Have you checked your temperature?

Having even a cold or other illness can make our anxiety symptoms worse. Anxiety is opportunistic, and when we are down physically, it can increase.:(

Again, what are you doing if anything for anxiety management? If you are not currently doing something, may I suggest that you check out our Resources (main page, 1st post) for great self-help ideas to lower stress levels and physical symptoms.
