Been feelin good

So ever since that appointment I have been feeling well so far which is always good. Eating more and less afraid of running and what not. Had a cardio day today and felt pain in my throat after running and stuff like that but hey it's normal if your out of shape like I am I suppose haha but I didn't worry about it. Got the mile run in gym this Thursday so wish me luck on that and send me some prayers to give me the strength to run it the whole way.

But overall I have been feeling good! I had a great weekend. It was homecoming week last week and we had a fun week with a parade last Friday and a game which we won and a dance on Saturday but I went to my friends. But I will go to prom though:) I also got a new game on Friday which I like a lot.so it was a good weekend and this week I go on a college visit so I will be gone from Thursday until Sunday and am gonna see my old neighbors as well so it should be a good week!
