I am glad that you are feeling much better in general! This is great news, and we celebrated it with you!
The morning anxiety is pretty common and most likely due to raised Cortisol levels in the a.m.
Cortsisol is a stress hormone that is hightest in the morning...it is the thing that gets us up and moving after sleep and inactivity. However, people who are prone to anxiety either produce too much of it, or are sensitive to it, and that is where the extra morining anxiety comes from.
The highter levels drop off by the late morning/afternoon.
