I had a good nights sleep last night. Trying to nap is an issue though. Why does my body do this. Well I will post another post later. Have a good day everyone!

I am glad that you slept well. Me too actually.:)
Which is strange b/c my youngest is away at Science Camp/Outdoor Education this week...and I am feeling a little anxious about
that!
Maybe if you keep sleeping well through the night, a nap will become unecessary...and you won't have to deal with the panic upon awakening issue.;)

Thank you S. C
I was able to get a little nap so it was better than nothing. The sleeping pills I take are very slow to get out of my system but my sleep has been so bad as of late that I really need them for a bit. Its all good though. Things are already looking better. I hope that God blesses you and your day is awesome.
