I never talk about
this because it's not a topic I love. But yesterday I was talkg about
it to a friend and I started feeling very bad. I felt something in my throat and stomach, like anguish or something. And I don't talk about
it with my psych either because I feel like this , I get sad and then I can't talk about
anything. Nor this nor other things, I just block myself after that and Ican't go on.
What can I do?

If you cry that is okay! Just talk to someone about
what makes you uncomfortable because it will only get worse if you don't. Stay strong hun. It will get easier.

Stay strong! One thing I'm still trying to do is fight my fears! I've heard alot it seems to help with anxiety a little bit! Not saying it's a fear of yours exactly, but it does make you uncomfortable! I know it's easier said that done! But maybe once you can start talking about
it, you will feel so much better.

With anxiety, there's a lot of things that happens to us that we don't know why or what caused it exactly sometimes. For me, sometimes, it's driving. I sometimes fear even driving down the street to Dollar general, because one time I did, I had a horrible panic attack and had to get out of there ASAP. But now, when I have that fear, I push myself to do it anyway. Because I know it will not kill me. And it will make me stronger. Hugs to you hun! Keep your head up!

Hi WM.,
This is just a different perspective, but my opinion is that sex is too casually talked about
in general.
You can hardly turn on the t.v., see a movie, or even listen to the radio without being flooded with sexual content.
Now I am no prude...but I do think that some things are sacred and should be kept between partners and close friends only.
If you do not feel comfortable talking about
sex with someone...the simple solution is, don't!
If a friend brings it up, you can politely tell them that this is not a subject that you are comfortable with, and that is okay.
I do think that if the topic brings about
an intense fear or physical reaction for you, that you might want to explore that with your mental health specialist.
There may be some things that you want to work out so that you can be free and comfortable in future romantic relationships...but other than that, you are not alone. Many people prefer not to kiss and tell!

I have seen this before, not often, there are a lot of people like You who have very deep feelings and this
subject is something You associate with deep true Love. Not something to be put on U tube, or and e mail
because for you its deeper and touches the soft place in your heart. What you really need is a special person
someone you know and trust, someone you know will not betray You. "A real Friend", Then and only then
you can breach this subject when You feel its time, and you know what baby girl, you just might not ever
feel like going there and thats ok to! Its about
You kid and its special, so don't even be concerned. Peace.
