Hi S.W. and welcome!
These symptoms that you are describing are definitely anxiety related, and are often part of an emotional response as well. Our bodies have a lot of physical reactions to different feelings. Fear, sadness, even postive states of being such as happiness or feelings of excitement.
Everyone has emotions and responses to them, that is of course part of the human condition. Some are more prone to emotional states than others...but we all deal with it.:)
The problems come when our feelings/responses become overexaggerated to the situation. For example, if these symptoms are happening when the situation does not really merit such a strong response...or when we are having trouble managing our anxious feelings.
If you feel like this describes your current situation, then you will want to consider looking to get some help, so that you can feel the best that you possibly can.
There are a few ways of doing this. You can talk with your doctor about
it, and discuss the options that he/she presents. This is usually either medication, therapy or both.
Another angle is to try self-help. In our Resources we have some great ideas to check out. (Id you's like, you can let me know specifically what you would like to see improve, and I can make some recommendations on where to start)
Support is also key in anxiety management...so keep posting! We are here to understand and listen anytime.;)
