First day back on effexor

Good morning, another day and I cant thank u all of u for your support, as I told u yesterday, I found out about my baby(girl) and also my dr instructed me to take my med again due to my depression. Well I took it yesterday and I admit, I felt nervous but then it turns out that today i cant even go to work, i couldnt sleep last night, horrible nausea and headache and now Im wondering what happened? i am calling my dr today...

Let us know what your doctor says.

Could be that your anxiety is simply acting up...or maybe your body is going to respond differently to your med this time...maybe due to your phsiological changes?

I hope that talking to your doctor brings some peace and answers!

What Effexor are you taking? I switched from the 75mg time released capsules to the 37.5 instant release tablets and those seem to give me a lot of nausea for whatever reason! That in a dry mouth?

No I didnt get a dry mouth, its effexor xr, im starting to think that it was a stomach problem, because it went away.,,my dr hasnt answer me yet...im still fearful though, Im watching tv right now and they r showing a lawsuit against antidepressants when pregnant.,,unbelievable, more anxiety

It takes a while for ADs to start working. You will get better slowly but surely.

i hac already forgotten how ugly it felt at the beginning, today I woke up feeling out and with dry mouth and dizzy..,I just hope it goes away soon because on top of that I am having my pregnancy symptoms
