Hi D.,
If you had to imagine what would make you excited and looking forward to something each day, what might it be?
Sometimes when we are depressed and/or anxious, we lose our excitement/interest in things that normally help to make us feel happy.
You are already working on the A/D issues, which is great...so maybe trying to find an activity or situation that would bring some light into you day could be a goal to reach for. (some ideas could include volunteering for a cause close to your heart...joining a club, taking a class/taking up a new hobby...)
True, it does take time and energy to do this a times, but I am sure that you will get back much more than you put into the effort.
