I have had a good bowel movement! Yay! I found out that the pills I took last night were expired. I took one pill that wasn't and I have went well. I must say that although this is not the forum for bowels my anxiety was staring to get bad. I am so glad that I have went.

So glad you were able to have a bowel movement - now just make sure you eat enough ruffage - buy bran buds with psyllium, eat lots of veggies - make sure you don't get bunged up again.

Glad you are feeling better!

Remember the Psyllium and/or Colace for daily maintenance...they are natural, and better for you than laxatives.:)
