My temp, which runs low, hardly ever gets to 98.6 so when it does, I can start to get anxious because the docs perceive that reading as "normal."
Each of us has our own unique "normal" range. Knowing what yours is and working with it, not against it, is helpful.

I think that anxiety has so many "side effects" of its own, that kicking our bodies into overdrive, we're bound to show our engines are revving in a number of ways.
