There is more involved with OCD than repetetive thoughts...so if you simply have thinking/worries that get stuck in your head, than this could just be anxious thinking.
If however, you are bothered by intrusive thoughts to the point of not being able to do the things that you want/need to do, or if you feel controlled by compulsions, then you could benefit from seeking help for this. (a compulsion would be a belief that if you did not complete a certain ritual or task, that something bad would happen.
We all have strange and even unwelcome thoughts occasionally, but if they are disturbing you to the point of you feeling uncomfortable or frightened, then by all means talk to your doctor about what can be done.
