Anxiety in super high gear - help

Having a biopsy this afternoon and I woke up in anxiety state with instant tears of fears................working hard to not break but feeling so close.

I am so sorry...that is not the way you want to start your day, I know.

Is this anxiety flaring and trying to be opportunistic? In other words, can you expect that things will be fine this afternoon?

Or maybe it is caused by fatigue, and just one procedure too many...that is completely understandable!

...but you can still try to do what you can to help yourself feel calmer and in a better place.

Being here is a good thing to stay distracted. Or maybe writing in your journal, calling a friend or family member (hint, hint ;p)

You are surrounded by prayers, thoughts, well wishes...and of course we go along with you this afternoon in spirit.

Let us know how you are doing soon, and until then big giant encouraging hugs.

I'm really sorry that today feels this way, I keep thinking about what might help of me to post.

So...I came up with....how would I feel in your shoes, and I can imagine quite clearly, though having no experience of your situation, that I would undoubtedly, feel upset, worried and anxious. Not because I have an anxiety disorder (as I don't), but because of the challenge of what the day brings for you.

I hope that the appointment is/went well, and as you asked for help....I can imagine what might make me feel better, if I were in a similar situation, I think for me it would be the love and support of my family. I am lucky to have such kind and loving family members, though even if, in the event of not having family to turn to, I know from being here and from talking with colleagues and neighbours etc, that there is always someone there.

Sorry Darling I didnt get on here until late, if I was where I could I would go and sit with you every time,
I know it's just words but it's the feeling that go's with the words.

I hope that you sleep like a baby tonight and wake up and feel soooooooooooooo good tomorrow that today looks like a cake walk.
