I am sorry to hear of your experience and resulting anxiety issues. Interpersonal relationships can certainly be a source of anxiety, and I have dealt with such things as well.
It is great that you went through therapy! I too got such great results through CBT. Do you still use the techniques that you learned through it?
We have a great Resource section here that may be of help. (main page, 1st post) We have downloadable worksheets for example, informative articles, sites and links/videos with great self-help coping ideas...on line therapy links for brushing up on your skills and more!
I tend to shy away from using the words 'cured' or 'full/complete recovery' because, as you know, anxiety tends to be a chronic issue for most people.
That is not to say that things can't get better though! The more skills you gain, and the more support you have, the better!!
