Hi SMU,
Glad to hear that you got through your finals...I am sure that you did really well!
You mentioned a few things in your post that I wanted to touch on...
One was the stomach upset/nausea...and I think that you are right on in suspecting your vitatmin. Vitamins and suppliments can be rough on your gut. Make sure to always take them with food. Or if the 1000 still bothers you...why not switch to a lower dose and take 2 to 3 a day, so as to disperse the concentration?
The body temperature thing is most likely just how you run. I am actually about a degree cooler than 98.6 at all times...so everyone is different. Body temperature also rises after exercising...sometimes significantly. So you can't really count your after work out temps.
As far as wondering about your tests and whether your doctor did a thorough examination goes...let me tell you what I decided to do the last time I went in.
Since I was getting kind of obsessed with reading my results, looking up comparisons on-line of my CBC numbers...basically second guessing my doctor's assurance that I was healthy, I knew I needed to make a change.
So I decided from now on, if my doctor says I am fine, and does not have any concerns for my health...I leave it at that. I don't even ask to see my results, because that is a trigger for my health anxiety.
Sometimes you just have to choose to believe that you are fine, and not let anxiety take you on a wild ride of doubt.
Thanks for the update, keep posting with us...and keep working towards recovery.:)
