This has been a rough time from the sounds of it!!
Often, we get through the stressfull situations without anxiety or symptoms...because we just have to.
However, when things calm down, there is often anxiety 'fallout'. In other words, we often show symptoms later, sort of like an after effect of the event catching up to us.
Use your coping skills to get you through this time. Help your body and mind recover and get back to a relaxed state, after this time of prolonged tension.
